About Bauss Handyman
Bauss Handyman is a Marine Corps veteran-owned handyman business run by Chris Bauss, based in Piedmont and serving Yukon, Mustang, Bethany and the northwest Oklahoma City metro.
Who shows up
Chris does the estimating, the scheduling and the work. On two-person jobs, such as a fence run, a heavy assembly or anything at the roofline, Mason comes too. When you text a photo, Chris is the one who answers, and he is the one at your door.
The name is Chris's surname. It also happens to sound like a word people use for someone who gets things done, which is where the tagline comes from: Call the Bauss.
How we work
This is a small operation on purpose. We book Saturdays and weekday evenings, we take the jobs we can do well, and we say no to the ones we cannot. Labor is $85 an hour with a $149 minimum, the common jobs have flat rates, and every price is posted.
Quotes are written from the photos you send, before anything is booked. The price does not change on site unless you sign off on it. When the work is done you get before and after photos, along with a free roof and exterior check.
What we leave to others
Oklahoma regulates electrical, plumbing, heating and air, and roofing work as separate trades, and we stay out of them. Fixture swaps are like for like, on the wiring and pipes that are already there. New circuits, new plumbing, gas lines, water heaters, structural repairs and roof repairs are not handyman work, and when a job crosses that line we will refer you to a licensed pro.
We run the business from a home in Piedmont, so there is no shop to visit and we do not publish a street address. Everything starts with a call, a text or a quote request.

Small jobs welcome
A clear $149 minimum, and no telling you the job is too small to bother with.
