Who we are

This website is operated by Bauss Handyman ("we", "us"). We are a handyman business based in Piedmont, Oklahoma.

What we collect

• What you send us. Your name, mobile phone number, email address if you give it, town, the service you need, your description of the job, your preferred time, and any photos you text or email.
• Your text message choice. Whether you checked the box agreeing to receive text messages, and when.
• How you reached the form. The page you submitted from and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
• Basic site statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.

How we use it

• To answer your request, prepare a quote and schedule work.
• To send appointment reminders, "on my way" messages, job photo reports and invoices.
• To ask for a review after a job.
• To keep records of the work we did at your home.

Text messages

If you check the consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive text messages from Bauss Handyman about your request, scheduling and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and text message consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can do that job for us:

• Our customer management and messaging system, which stores your request and sends our texts and emails.
• Our website host and security provider, Cloudflare, which serves this site and checks the quote form for automated abuse.
• Our payment and invoicing provider, when you pay an invoice.

If our free roof and exterior check finds damage and you ask us to, we pass your contact details and the photos to the roofing contractor we refer you to. We do not do that without your say-so.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Job photos

We take before and after photos of our work for your job report. We ask your permission before using any photo of your home on this website or in advertising, and photos published here have their location data removed.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our tax and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
• Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.

Children

This site is for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes and contact
