The Home Care Plan
The Home Care Plan is $299 a year or $29 a month. It includes two 2-hour maintenance visits, one in spring and one in fall, 10% off labor on other jobs, priority booking, and a roof and exterior check at each visit.

What Two Hours Covers
The time is yours to spend. These are the kinds of jobs that fit a seasonal visit. A long list may not all fit in two hours, and extra time is billed at $85 an hour less your plan discount.
Spring visit
- Gutters cleaned and downspouts checked
- Exterior caulk around windows and doors
- Fence gates, latches and loose pickets
- Deck boards, stair treads and handrails
- Window screens and door sweeps
Fall visit
- Weatherstripping and door adjustments
- Gutters cleared before winter
- Smoke detector batteries

- Small drywall and paint touch-ups

Home Care Plan Questions
What happens during a Home Care Plan visit?
You send your list ahead of time, and we spend the two hours working down it in the order you choose. If you have no list, we walk the house with you and take care of the small things that tend to get put off, then finish with the roof and exterior check.
Are materials included in the Home Care Plan?
No. The plan covers labor for the two visits. Materials are billed at cost plus 20%, or you can have them on hand when we arrive. We tell you what to buy when you send your list.
What if a visit turns up a bigger repair?
You get photos and a written price for it, with your plan discount on the labor. If the repair belongs to a trade the state regulates, such as electrical or plumbing beyond a like-for-like swap, we will refer you to a licensed pro.
Can I pay monthly, and can I cancel?
Yes. The plan is $299 a year or $29 a month. Ask for the written plan terms when you sign up, which set out billing and how to cancel.
