Our reviews live on Google, where customers write them and we cannot edit them. We do not copy reviews onto this site without the customer's permission, and we never write our own.
How we handle reviews
Three Rules We Keep
- Everyone gets asked. Every customer gets the same review request after the job, whether it went perfectly or not.
- Nothing is offered in return. No discounts, gifts or credits for a review, which Google does not allow anyway.
- We answer them. Good or bad, each review gets a reply from us.
